Professional Oven
Used for disassembling headlights and curing paint, ensuring every modified headlight has a long-lasting shine and protective coating. This high-temperature oven heats large headlight components evenly.
Precision Sealant Applicator
Ensures every seam is tightly sealed, improving overall waterproofing and dust resistance.
Sandblasting Cabinet
Used to clean and roughen headlight surfaces so new coatings adhere better before painting. Our sandblasting technique creates a more uniform, premium surface finish.
Paint Booth
Removes airborne paint particles after spraying. Combined with the sandblasted base coat, this helps the paint adhere better for a more beautiful, durable finish.
Negative-Pressure Dust Control Area
Prevents airborne dust during processing, keeping the workspace cleaner and the inside of the headlights free of debris.
Ionizing Air Gun
Significantly reduces static electricity and dust buildup inside the headlight.
